The winter transfer window promises to be a busy one for the West London side Chelsea especially with the quick one on Wednesday when they announced the capture of German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic.
The Blues sealed a £58 million deal for the highly rated winger and they are set to move in for the second as they now pay attention to PSV star Hirving Lozano.
The 23-year-old who signed for the Dutch side in 2017 has been impressive so far which makes him the target for a number of sides including the West London club.
It is obvious that manager Maurizio Sarri is becoming frustrated with the situation at his club and he is bent on having Hirving Lozano to sharpen the blunt attack.
While he has successfully settled the potential departure of Belgium star Eden Hazard with the American winger, Sarri is bent on having Hirving Lozano as a replacement for Alvaro Morata.
Hirving Lozano has proved he can be the big deal for the West London side and deliver goals as well with his goal-scoring ability.
Last season, Hirving Lozano scored a total of 17 goals and this season could be better as he has already delivered 11 goals in the first half of the season.
