Chelsea outcast Lucas Piazon is reportedly being monitored by Italian Serie A outfit Lazio with the hope of securing his service in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming days.

Lucas Piazon has had one of the worst transfer in history having joined the Stamford Bridge in 2012 from Sao Paulo but has only made three appearances in all with a number of loan spells to Malaga, Fulham, Reading, Eintracht Frankfurt and Vitesse.

The 24-year-old will be out of contract with the West London side at the end of the season and will be having a move away, having told the club of his intention to seek a permanent transfer.

A number of clubs have been reported to be ready to have him on a permanent basis with Torino already keen on his service this winter as well as other Italian Side.

Lazio are reported to be in big need of him and are bent of convincing him to a move to join them in January.

There is no doubt that Lucas Piazon would be released by the Blues as manager Maurizio Sarri has made it clear that he is not in his plan for this season.

Suggestions are that Lucas Piazon will not cost the Italian Serie A side a lot.
