New Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eyeing two transfers to bolster his squad when the transfer window reopens in the next few days.

This is according to the publication from renowned English media portal Daily Star.

It was revealed that Norwegian tactician Sokskjaer would like to sign two players in the January transfer window to improve the squad left by the sacked manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese tactician was sacked by Manchester United after an underwhelming start to this season and he was swiftly replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The former Manchester United striker was appointed the interim Red Devils manager until the end of the season.

He got off to a good start with the 5-1 thrashing of Welsh side Cardiff City in their Premier League clash on Saturday night with goals from Marcus Rashford, Ander Herrera, Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard (2).

The above-mentioned report claim that Solskjaer wants to strengthen the Manchester United squad with both Joshua King and Eder Militao.

Bournemouth striker Joshua King has been in good form for his South Coat club in the last two seasons and is a compatriot of Solskjaer, while Eder Militao is attracting the interests of several European clubs following his good form for FC Porto.
