English Premier League outfit Chelsea have confirmed that offers have been received for Andreas Christensen but he will not be allowed to leave any time soon.

The report claims that the West London club have received offers from Spanish outfit Barcelona and Italian Serie A side AC Milan but manager Maurizio Sarri is keen to have the player remain at the club.

The Italian boss is keen to have a stable side ahead of the winter transfer window knowing that the possibility of Gary Cahill staying at the Stamford Bridge is slim.

Therefore, it has been established that Andreas Christensen is not new to Chelsea and English football which will make him a better asset than any new signings.

Also, the possibility of David Luiz staying at the Stamford Bridge after this season is slim and that is why the former Napoli manager is keen on keeping that Denmark international.

The 22-year-old has consistently improved since joining the Stamford Bridge in 2017 and he is being loved by the Blues boss which makes him desire his stay.

So far, the Denmark international has had 8 games under his belt this season across all competitions. However, Andres Christensen still has his contract running with the West London side until 2022 with a release clause of about $40 million.
