Chelsea moving in for £25m-rated striker

English Premier League giants Chelsea are reported to be moving in already for Fulham attacker Aleksandar Mitrovic ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

The West London side are keen on a new striker with Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud not firing at the moment which is feared could hunt the team in the second stanza of the season.

Aleksandar Mitrovic is now well known in the Premier League with his impressive start of the season which has caught the attention of many including Liverpool who is also in the race for his signature.

So far this season, Aleksandar Mitrovic has got 23 appearances under his belt and has scored 13 goals with 2 assists across all competitions which are known to many.

The West London boss Maurizio Sarri is keen on the player and is reported to be doing all it takes to have him join the Stamford Bridge in January.

However, Fulham is believed to be willing to release Aleksandar Mitrovic as they hope to cash in on him so as to sanction other deals in the winter window as well.

Aleksandar Mitrovic has got a release clause of £25 million and still has a contract with Fulham until 2023.
