It has been alleged that West London side Chelsea have won the race to secure the signature of Manchester United out-of-favour star Andrea Pereira ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.
The West London side and their North London rivals Arsenal were earlier reported to be seeking for the signature of Andrea Pereira but from emerging reports, the race has already been decided.
Also, Andrea Pereira is reported to be leaving the Red Devils in a cut-price deal to be able to push for the move away from the Old Trafford, The Metro says.
The 22-year-old has not had life too good at United as he has continued to struggle under manager Jose Mourinho.
It was the reason why he was sent on loan last season to Spanish side Valencia and with his return, the story remains unchanged.
It could just be time for Andrea Pereira to move away on a permanent basis knowing that his future at the club cannot be granted at the moment with United also ready to let him go.
However, Valencia are reported to be willing to have Andrea Pereira on a permanent move having impressed in the club last season when he had his loan move.
Big hope for Chelsea youngster after claim
There is hope of a bright future for West London outfit Chelsea youngster Andreas Christensen at the Stamford Bridge with the playing time he has been getting so far this season.
At 22, Andreas Christensen has been able to earn 19 appearances for Chelsea under Maurizio Sarri which makes it a big hope for him to rise higher at the club in the future.
This development has made the star player happy and he has reflected on all the positives so far, especially after a slow start under former manager Antonio Conte.
Andreas Christensen noted that the season has been full of ups and down because he started slow with little games but he is beginning to get the call from the Italian manager and there are hopes he will get more appearances.
However, he admits the competition for playing time has not been an easy one due to the trust David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger has got before the Italian boss.
Meanwhile, Andreas Christensen might not be regarded as a player for now, but suggestions are that he will form a part of the club’s future with the hope that the defence would be built around him someday.
Two coaches to replace embattled Maurizio Sarri named
There are fears that Chelsea could part ways with manage Maurizio Sarri during this international window, if emerging reports are anything to go by and that that means a replacement has to be on the sideline.
The Italian boss has been under pressure to deliver following some defeats he suffered against Premier League rivals and all of the bad results were compounded by the 2-0 defeat against Everton in the last weekend.
It is reported that the club owner Roman Abramovich is unhappy with the former Napoli boss and will soon announce his sack after due consultations have been made.
However, former player Frank Lampard and Nuno Esparto Santo have been named as possible replacements for the embattled manager, according to reports.
Lampard is a Chelsea legend and there could be a need to follow the footstep of Man United in picking a former player to add to the good job he is doing at the Champions League outfit Derby County.
Nuno Esparto Santo has also been doing a good job Wolves who are now seventh in the Premier League table and the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
Meanwhile, Nuno Esparto Santo has been tipped as the favourites because of some club chiefs while he has got an experience of the top flight.
Arsenal Loanee Inspired By Hudson-Odoi Impact At Chelsea
Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson has lauded the impact of Callum Hudson-Odoi at Chelsea since he broke into the first team at Stamford Bridge last year.
According to Reiss Nelson, he has been inspired by his meteoric rise at Chelsea.
Reiss Nelson has also been turning heads at German Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim whom he joined on a season-long deal last summer.
He spoke about Callum Hudson-Odoi in a chat with Sky Sports News.
Reiss Nelson has scored six goals for TSG Hoffenheim since his loan transfer to the German club at the start of the season.
Earlier reports claim that the German club wants to sign him permanently but the Gunners are not interested in a deal for him.
Callum Hudson-Odoi and Reiss Nelson were England teammates at junior level but the Chelsea winger has graduated to the senior level.
The 18-year-old was called up to the England national team for the first time by manager Gareth Southgate earlier this week.
He’s in the England squad for the upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Montenegro.
Callum Hudson-Odoi and England will face Czech Republic at home on Friday before facing Montenegro away from home three days later.
Young Chelsea winger Hudson-Odoi has made 16 appearances for the Blues in all competitions this season.
Revealed, Mourinho cares less about Chelsea and United sack
ESPN pundit Steve Nicol has revealed that Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho care more about his sack at the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid than that of the two Premier League clubs Chelsea and Man United.
The latest was his sack at the Old Trafford last year December after failing to deliver a good result and losing control of the dressing room in addition to his rift with some of the players.
It would be recalled that he was sacked at the Spanish capital in 2013 as he failed to deliver good results and was 15 points behind Barcelona at the time of his sack.
The former FIFA World Coach is currently in the search for a new job as he has been without one for months, despite claiming to have rejected about two to three jobs because they lacked the ambition he seeks for.
The ESPN pundit noted that Jose Mourinho was only loved by his players at Inter Milan, recalling that the players wept when he left the club but in other clubs he worked, he ended up having a bad relationship before leaving.
However, the ESPN pundit fears that Jose Mourinho might not be able to land a big job anymore because of his inability to manage big players, going by his history.
‘Stubborn’ Bayern Munich ready to submit fourth bid for Chelsea star
German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich are not going to give up in their attempt to land Chelsea wonderkid Callum Hudson-Odoi as they are now reported to be preparing a fourth bid for his signature.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has been on the radar of the Bundesliga team for months with Bayern Munich making an attempt in the last winter transfer window by submitting three different offers which were rejected.
The West London outfit are keen to keep the star player, especially with fears that they will be losing Belgium international Eden Hazard at the end of the season to Real Madrid.
Chelsea are of the opinion, according to reports that they will only have Callum Hudson-Odoi leave the club should they gain the assurance that the Belgium international playmaker will not be heading to the Spanish capital.
It is claimed that Bayern Munich are ready to pay the sum of £30 million for the youngster despite his lack of playing time at the Stamford Bridge.
However, the Blues are being careful not to lose their players knowing that they will not be able to land new players in the next two transfer window following the ban handed them by FIFA.
Chelsea’s best player admits he is not any close to this Liverpool star
Belgium international Eden Hazard is no doubt Chelsea’s best player at the moment and he has confessed not to be anywhere close to Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, noting that he one of the four players he looks up to.
Eden Hazard has been firing for the Blues with 13 goals and has handed 11 assists in 29 Premier League games for Chelsea this season which is below the 17 goals already scored by the Egypt international playmaker for the Premier League leaders.
However, the Belgium international signs praise of the former AS Roma player as he noted that he is doing all in best to match the Liverpool star.
Eden Hazard ranks Liverpool’s star player amongst world stars like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luca Modric, insisting that Mohamed Salah is one of them as he hopes to get to their level.
However, Mohamed Salah led his team into finishing second in the league last season and has already begun with his efforts to land the title this season.
Meanwhile, the Blues star Eden Hazard could be leaving the West London at the end of the season as he is already being linked with a move to the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid.
The Chelsea star who inspires Arsenal teenager revealed
North London outfit Arsenal youngster Reiss Nelson has pointed to Callum Hudson-Odoi as the Chelsea player who inspires him.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has seen only a few appearances in the Chelsea team but that did not stop his call-up to the England senior national team under manager Gareth Southgate.
Reiss Nelson is currently on a loan deal with the German Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim and has shown good quality which is already catching attention from a number of teams but there is no way the North London outfit will want to part ways with him.
The Arsenal teenager stated that he has played against Callum Hudson-Odoi in the youth league, noting that they are friends and have gotten along with each other for a long time.
He stressed that Callum Hudson-Odoi has been inspiring as he always makes a player push harder for a bigger level, noting that his call-up to the senior national team is another big inspiration for him.
However, there are suggestions that the North London outfit could ask Reiss Nelson to return to the Emirates Stadium as he has shown he is ripe enough to compete at a bigger stage and in a big side like Arsenal.
The two deals Chelsea want to seal despite transfer ban
West London outfit Chelsea are set to tie two deals ahead of the coming season as it is now obvious that they will not be able to secure any deal until the next two transfer windows.
The Blues were found guilty of going against the FIFA transfer rule which is against deals with under-age players and have been told they will not be allowed to register any player until the summer window of 2020.
However, the Chelsea chiefs are already considering the option of handing new deals to Willian and David Luiz who are already running out of their contract with the club.
Both Brazilians have also indicated interest in staying at the Stamford Bridge by extending their contract with the club.
However, the West London outfit will be forced to go against their transfer policy of not handing more than a year contract extension to players who are over 30, which have been the demands of the duo.
Meanwhile, the Blues have already secured the signature of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic and he will be joining the Stamford Bridge at the end of the season while Chelsea will also make attempt to keep Belgium international Eden Hazard at the club.
Chelsea to return for rejected player
West London outfit Chelsea are already considering returning for the signature of Nathan Ake from Bournemouth after having him sold in 2017.
Nathan Ake immediately proved the Blues team wrong for having him sold and not believing in him by picking up a fantastic form with Bournemouth. He has so far been impressive this season and has won the heart of manager Maurizio Sarri who is now keen to have him back.
The 24-year-old Dutchman was at the Stamford Bridge between 2012 to 2017 where he struggled to impress and break into the first team. This is the reason why he was allowed to leave on a permanent deal but the Blues had included an option of first refusal in the deal to Bournemouth which means they will have the first option to land him when he is leaving the club.
Nathan Ake has had 72 appearances for Bournemouth since he joined the club and has been impressive enough to get attention from his former employer.
Suggestions are that the Blues will do all it takes to have Nathan Ake at the club but they are being limited by the fact that they cannot sign a new player until after two coming transfer windows for breaching the transfer laws by the world football governing body FIFA.
Former United Chelsea boss says he has turned down three or four offers
Former Man United boss Jose Mourinho has boasted that he is still jobless because he doesn’t want the offers he had gotten, noting that he has turned down about three or four jobs since he left the Old Trafford in December last year.
The Portuguese boss was sacked by the Red Devils after failing to motivate the players as well as his inability to deliver good results which translated into a dressing room crisis and rift with his players.
He has therefore made it clear that he is now ready to get back into football management in the coming summer window and that he is preparing for the new challenge.
It would be recalled that the Portuguese boss has managed at Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and Porto which is the reason why his choice of a new team remains a big side and not an average team.
Jose Mourinho had earlier explained that the reason why he has been jobless is that the clubs that have approached him have not shown any big ambition which does not go with his taste as well.
However, the former Red Devils boss did not make it open if he already has an offer he is willing to accept or not but there are suggestions that he could return in the summer transfer window.
