Three-time European champions Manchester United are monitoring the progress of highly rated Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak.
The Daily Mail claim that the Red Devils could make a move for the young defender when the winter transfer window reopens at the start of the New Year.
Ozan Kabak is one of the emerging young prospects in Turkish football.
The 18-year-old made his debut for the Turkish giants earlier this year and he has been a regular fixture of the Galatasaray team under experienced manager Fatih Terim.
Manchester United are not the only club interested in Ozan Kabak.
City rivals and Premier League champions Manchester City and the Italian Serie A duo of AS Roma and Inter Milan.
The player is rated at around £20m by the club though he has a £6.7m release clause in his current deal with Galatasaray.
Ozan Kabak is yet to play one season at the highest level but the teenager has been earning rave reviews for his impressive showings in the colours of Galatasaray.
He could be a very good defensive signing to boost an ailing Manchester United squad.
The Red Devils’ defence has been in shambles this season following 29 goals conceded in just 17 Premier League games.
