English Premier League side Liverpool risk losing long-term target and Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele to Wolverhampton.
Wolverhampton side are ready to snap up the player from the Merseyside club in the winter transfer window as they are reported to have shown more seriousness in his deal.
Also, Wolverhampton are believed to be having an upper hand in Tanguy Ndombele’s chase because of the assurance the player has got in having a regular playing time which cannot be guaranteed him at the Anfield.
However, Tanguy Ndombele has got a long list of suitors with North London side Arsenal, Everton, Man City, Chelsea and Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona also reported to be monitoring the player.
The France international is the best for Wolverhampton having had an impressive display with his French side as he is one of the best midfielders in the French Ligue 1.
So far this season, Tanguy Ndombele has got 20 games under his belt and has been able to find the back of the net on two occasions with 4 assists.
As a result of his quality, his release clause has risen to £35 million which remains the only challenge to Wolverhampton as they might not be able to meet with the asking price.
