North London giants Arsenal have joined the list of clubs interested in a move for young midfielder Hannes Wolf ahead of the upcoming transfer window scheduled to start on January 1.
The Daily Mirror say that the Gunners are one of the many clubs keen on a transfer for the 19-year-old when the transfer market opens in the New Year.
Hannes Wolf is an Austrian midfielder that plays his club football for RB Salzburg FC of Austria.
He broke into the first team in the last campaign and has built on that by securing a place in starting XI.
Hannes Wolf was part of the RB Salzburg team that won the UEFA Youth League in 2017.
He was on target seven times in as many games throughout the competition in addition to providing the assists for both goals in the final.
Wolf found the back of the net eight times and provided 20 assists in 45 games last season as he helped his club win the Austrian League as well as the semifinals of the UEFA Europa League.
This term, he has scored four goals and provided nine assists in 21 games for RB Salzburg.
Apart from Arsenal, Premier League sides like Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are also interested in him.
