West London side Chelsea have been told the condition they must meet to be able to secure the service of their long-term Turkish target Cengiz Under in January when the winter transfer window eventually opens.
AS Roma are reported to now be willing to let the player leave the club with several interests already on the table for him but that can only happen if the right amount is paid for his signature.
Reports according to football new Italian stated that Chelsea are favourite in the bid for Cengiz Under despite interests coming in from German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich and English Premier League side Arsenal and the player could be on his way out of Italy in the new year.
The West London boss Maurizio Sarri is believed to be a big admirer of the talented player and will not be willing to take the risk of losing out on him by ensuring a deal is agreed upon as early as possible in the transfer window.
