Italian side Napoli were earlier reported to be reluctant but latest report says they are now willing to let Chelsea target Elseid Hysaj leave the club anytime another offer is tabled.
The West London club have been mentoring Elseid Hysaj and made an attempt for him in the summer but the club failed to let him go with manager Maurizio Sarri.
But there is now a big need for Elseid Hysaj after the Blues suffered an embarrassing defeat to London rivals Tottenham at the weekend with the Italian boss not happy with the team.
Napoli are now of the opinion that Elseid Hysaj can leave with the coming of Kevin Malcuit from French side Lille in the summer as they hope to cash in on him to be able to strike other deals.
Elseid Hysaj is expected to cost the Blues much but the former Napoli boss is keen on having his signature as he has been assured by the management of enough funds to get busy at the transfer market which reopens in coming weeks
Meanwhile, Sarri had stated that he will not rush into the transfer market as a result of the gradual dip in form of his side but will rather make efforts to identify the problem and fix it.
