The Agent of Napoli fullback Elseid Hysaj has revealed that his player would have followed manager Maurizio sari to Chelsea if not the clause in his contract with the Italian side.
The Italian manager had joined the West London club in the summer and with the hope of raiding the club of his preferred players with him to England.
According to the agent Mario Giuffredi, Hysaj was one of the best top three fullbacks in Europe last season, referring him to a donkey for playing lots of games.
He, therefore, lamented that the player has not been in his best this season as he has battled for consistency which has drawn criticisms against him.
The agent takes a dig at Hysaj’s critics by saying they are probably not mortal and don’t make mistake like his client.
However, Sarri has enjoyed life so far at the Stamford Bridge having seen good results with an unbeaten run in the English Premier League.
The Italian manager has also introduced a new style of football to the Blues which has given them a new look on the pitch. He has been praised for transforming his new side and has gained the trust of the club owners.
