Suggestions are that Chelsea will listen to offers from Aston Villa and Derby County who are seeking for loan move for Ethan Ampadu in the coming January window.
Birmingham Live reports the Blues youngster has just returned from an injury he sustained and is believed to be back to full fitness but finds it difficult in securing a first-team place under Maurizio Sarri.
A first attempt by Derby to have the Welsh youngster on loan in the summer failed after the Italian manager blocked the move for reasons that he would love to oversee the talent’s development.
That might not be happening anymore with the 18-year-old as he is keen to leave the club for a regular playing time.
Most importantly, the Italian boss has been overwhelmed by the demands of the Premier League and would only concentrate on his first-team players in a bid to win a title this season.
There is also a need for the player to have better development by playing regularly, which the two suitors would be willing to hand him.
Meanwhile, Villa also made an inquiry for Ampadu and will fight to have him at the club.
The decision on where to go will be left for the player to decide, considering the plans the various clubs have in place for him.
