Jack Grealish is linked with a host of clubs and Chelsea appear to be the latest to have shown an interest in the youngster.

The 22- year- old career was marred with controversies but the prospect appears to have shaken off the shackles racking up an impressive 110 appearances for the team, scoring nine and laying off 15 assists last campaign.

His impressive performances for Aston Villa haven’t gone unnoticed and reports from Team talk claims Premiership clubs have enquired about the availability of the Englishman with the Blues interest particularly going up a notch in recent weeks.

The London club are eager on readdressing its depleted midfield options regardless whether Antonio Conte’s stays or not and will reportedly seek to exploit the Villa’s perilous financial situation with a huge bid for the highly rated youngster.

The Midlands outfit succumbed to a Championship playoff loss to Fulham and face another testing time in the second- tier division.

Many of its playing staff have expressed their intention in moving on from Villa Park, with Skipper John Terry already announcing his imminent departure this summer amid reports linking the former Chelsea man with a move to the MLS.

Manager Maurizio Sarri has been announced as the head coach of Italian Serie A outfit Juventus after calling it quit at West London outfit Chelsea some days back.

The Blues boss only spent a season at Stamford Bridge and that was enough for him as he delivered the Europa League title for the club.

His stay at the club was full of controversies, including a poor relationship with the fans and inconsistent results.

However, there have been reports that a number of players will leave Chelsea to join Maurizio Sarri at Juventus and that seems to be happening already with reports that Jorginho could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.

Jorginho has got a relationship with the Italian boss as they both worked together at Napoli before switching to West London. More to that is the fact that the Italian was favoured by the manager in his team selection.

However, it is yet to be seen if Chelsea will let go of Jorginho, as they will not be able to sign a replacement this summer transfer, this is expected to affect the team in their bid to win titles in the coming season.

Championship outfit Derby County players have now been informed by their manager Frank Lampard of his decision to quit the club to take over at Stamford Bridge as the new Chelsea manager.

Although he made it clear that an agreement is yet to be reached, there are hopes that talks would be concluded and he could leave for the right offers and terms.

The former midfielder has emerged as favourite to take over the job from Italian boss Maurizio Sarri who left the club to join Italian Serie A champions Juventus after just a year in charge.

A number of names have been linked with the job but the Blues legend seems to have been favoured after his feat with the Championship outfit.

However, assistant Gianfranco Zola could follow Sarri to the Old Lady as he would not seek to work under Frank Lampard at the club.

Meanwhile, Frank Lampard will face his first challenge on the job by not having the opportunity to sign a new player owing to the fact that the West London outfit have been handed a transfer ban that will stop them from registering any new player for the next two transfer windows.

English Premier League outfit Chelsea have again lost another young goalkeeper Nathan Baxter as he would be leaving the club to join Scottish Premiership side Ross County on loan.

The 20-year-old spent the last term at Yeovil in League Two where he won all five of the club’s Player of the Season award. It was expected that he would be asked to return back to the Stamford Bridge so that he can continue his progress, but that will definitely not happen.

The West London outfit have decided that he would not be needed despite the transfer ban and would be allowed to continue his development with the Scottish outfit following their promotion into the Scottish top flight.

Chelsea have got Kepa Arrizabalaga to boast of as their first choice goalkeeper and other options which make the 20-year-old available for loan at the moment.

Chelsea have already made a policy following their transfer ban that most of their players will not be allowed to leave the club in this summer transfer window because they will not be replaced.

The Blues team have been sanctioned by the world football governing body for going against transfer rules, meaning that they will not be registering any player for the next two windows.
