What Chelsea’s Morata will not forget soon after 3-1 win

Chelsea defeated Crystal Palace by 3-1 on Sunday evening which fires them straight to the second position in the Premier League table with 27 points but that does not mean that the entire team are happy.

Striker Alvaro Morata is one of those who seems to be unhappy and he says it will take a long time to get over his only regret about the game.

The former Real Madrid player was in a position to score an hat trick in the last minutes of the game having scored a brace already but threw away the chances with Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessy was well on ground to ensure the miss.

Morata who expressed delight that his side were able to pick all three points, stated that his desire was to score an hat trick in the game to make it a perfect day for him.

Since joining Chelsea from Real Madrid for a fee of £70 million in 2017, the Spanish striker has scored just one hat trick against Stoke City in a 4-0 win and he wished he had added another.

The 26-years-old is now enjoying life at the West London club having started on a very slow pace to force fans into doubting his ability.
