Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi will have to sit out the upcoming Premier League clash with title rivals Liverpool at the weekend.
The Gunners take on Liverpool at home in a Matchday 11 clash and the young Frenchman will miss the all-important game after his dismissal against Blackpool.
There was confusion on the competition through which he’ll serve his suspension but that has been cleared up by the club’s official website.

Arsenal were leading 2-0 courtesy goals from Stephan Lichtsteiner and Emile Smith-Rowe either side of the halftime interval, before his dismissal in the 56th minute.
The visitors pulled one back in the 66th minute through Paudie O’Connor who was then sent off with six minutes remaining.
Arsenal held on to take a 2-1 win over the Tangerines.
