Video: Awesome! Watch the way Oscar celebrated his birthday with Chelsea player

Oscar

Former Brazilian and Chelsea midfielder Oscar made a quick remembrance to life at Chelsea as he celebrated his birthday with a video clip of his time at Stamford Bridge.

Oscar came in as part of Roberto Di Matteo’s exceptional midfield triumvirate in 2012 with Eden Hazard and Juan Mata who were jointly called “Mazaca” by some fans.

His solo movement with the ball drew a comparison to his fellow Brazilian teammate Kaka. He was a skilful player who makes creative runs with the ball.

Oscar was used as both a defensive and offensive player in his time at Chelsea as his cunning movement was notably used to build up plays in effective areas that makes him a threat to the opposition.

Despite given the number 8 shirt to replicate Frank Lampard’s style and position, he was unanimously cool-headed and unique with his performance.

Oscar humility unfolded when he was deployed as Chelsea central midfielder and yet he was given many praises to his contribution in the Europa cup victory in 2013.

He played and paved his way through several managers who ended up using him as the pivot to most of their plans.

His sublime passes always win praises of the crowds and he once thought of ending his career at Chelsea until the Italian boss Antonio Conte came.

Former Chelsea manager Conte did not give most players the opportunity to compete with others, which saw Chelsea lose players like Ramirez, Mikel Obi and Oscar to be precise.

The love the Brazilian has for the club shows how much it was crested in his heart as he posted a video of a few of his past event in Chelsea on his birthday.

Below is a video of his birthday celebration.

Happy Birthday Oscar.

Gonzalo Higuain

West London outfit Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is still keen on the signature of AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

It has been reported that the Italian boss had made enquiry of the Argentine international from the San Siro in a bid to unite with him again at the Stamford Bridge.

Both Sarri and Gonzalo Higuain had worked together at Italian Serie A side Napoli where they both had successful spell and enjoyed a good working relationship.

However, latest reports claim that the former Napoli boss has officially told the Chelsea management that he wants to have the Milan striker to his side in the second stanza of the season.

The Chelsea boss also noted to the board that his strikers have been lacking in goal scoring form and it could hurt the team in the second half of the season which starts in January.

Although Gonzalo Higuain has not lived up to expectation since joining AC Milan, Sarri is still positive that there can be a repeat of his success at Napoli in the Stanford Bridge.

Meanwhile, the West London side are fourth place in the league title and will hope to keep the press with a more robust squad so as to qualify to the Champions League next season.

Former Malmo striker Daniel Nannskog has reacted to their Europa League draw against West London side Chelsea.

Daniel Nannskog noted that the draw is a nightmare for his former side to think of knowing the great form and organization of the Chelsea side at the moment.

According to him, it’s impossible for his former side to defeat the Blues in the game because of the quality of squad they have got which cannot match that of Chelsea.

He noted that the only chance for his side is if the Blues team fail to respect Malmo and write them off, then there could be a sort of a surprise which to him, would be difficult.

The Chelsea side are hoping to win the Europa League so as to gain an automatic ticket to the Champions League next season knowing that the contest in the Premier League has become tougher and a top-four finish might not be guaranteed.

However, manager Maurizio Sarri has been praised for making the Chelsea side a more solid team and giving them a better shape o the pitch when they play.

The Italian boss joined the Stamford Bridge from Napoli in the summer and has since established himself in the league as well.

isco

English Premier League side Chelsea are believed to be favourites in the race to land Spanish giants Real Madrid star Isco.

This is after reports claim that both parties have held talks on a possible move to the Stamford Bridge which has been positive so far.

Suggestions are that the West London side are at an advantage because of the reports that their star player and Belgium international Eden Hazard will be moving to the Spanish La Liga side at the end of the season.

The Blues are also expected to be short of options anytime soon aside from the Belgium man with former Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas seeking a move away from the Stamford Bridge as a result of his lack of playing time at the club.

Maurizio Sarri who is already preparing for the expected departure of Eden Hazard is seeking to land Isco at all cost in the winter window and will no doubt meet with the asking price for the player.

The likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are reported to be interested in the star player but Real Madrid have already had an understanding with the English side according to reports.

However, Chelsea must meet up with his £100 million release clause or lose out on the player.

Gary Cahill

North London giants Arsenal are considering whether or not to make a short-term bid to sign experienced Chelsea defender Gary Cahill ahead of the upcoming transfer window scheduled to start in the next two weeks.

The Gunners had earlier been linked with the 32-year-old and fresharsenal claim that the North Londoners are ready to firm up their interest with a bid to sign the recently retired England international.

Gary Cahill has six months left on his current Chelsea contract and Arsenal could loan him for the remainder of his Blues deal or sign him permanently in a cut-price deal.

Milan Skriniar

The Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan have warned English Premier League side, Chelsea, that they will not secure the signature of Milan Skriniar for any price less than the asking price of about £120 million.

Milan Skriniar has been in high demand following his impressive start of the season especially with his performance in the Champions League which has caught the attention of a number of big European sides including Barcelona and Manchester United.

Reports claim that Manchester United have already made an offer for the star player in the past which was rejected but with claims that they could return with a new bid, they have been told that they will not have him for anything less.

However, the Serie A side are reluctant to let Milan Skriniar leave which is the reason why they are bent on cashing in a lot from from his sale to either Chelsea or Manchester United.

United have struggled so far this season as they have had inconsistent results with the latest being the 3-1 defeat suffered against Liverpool to remain in the sixth spot in the Premier League table.

The hope of a top-four finish, therefore, looks slim for the Red Devils with the big competition amongst the top six clubs.
