New Manchester United player Donny Van De Beek had a match to forget in his first appearance after his big transfer to Old Trafford.
In his first game, the 23-year-old was subbed off just before the hour mark as his Netherlands side suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Italy in their UEFA Nations League clash on Monday night.
Donny Van De Beek started the game in his favourite no.10 role but was largely ineffective for 57 minutes before caretaker manager Dwight Lowedeges subbed him off for Tottenham Hotspur attacker Steven Bergwijn.

Inter Milan midfielder Nicola Barella scored the only goal of the game to hand the Italians the win.
It was the first defeat under Lodeweges who replaced Ronald Koeman as the Netherlands boss after Koeman was handed the job of rejuvenating Barcelona last month.
Several football fans took to their various social media accounts to criticise the poor performance of the new Manchester United player.
Donny Van De Beek was confirmed as a Manchester United player last week in a £40m deal and he could make his official debut for the Red Devils when they play their first game of the season in the Premier League, an home game against Crystal Palace on September 19.
