Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is not done with his transfers this summer according to Sky Sports reporter Dhamesh Sheth.
The imminent arrival of Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen will take the transfer splurge at Chelsea this summer over the £200m mark but there could still be more arrivals.
Kai Havertz is a young German international whose transfer to Chelsea will set the Blues back to the tune of £90m including add-ons.
Dhamesh Sheth revealed that the Blues are interested in West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice who’s rated at £70m.

Declan Rice was at Chelsea until the age of 14 when he was released by the club. He was able to overcome that setback by establishing himself as a key player with the Hammers whom he joined immediately after his exit from Stamford Bridge.
Frank Lampard and Chelsea have already signed six players this summer with two made as free transfers.
Experienced defender Thiago Silva and young defender Malang Sarr have signed for Chelsea on free transfer.
The other four signings made till date are Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Xavier Mbuyemba and Ben Chilwell.
Kai Havertz is expected to be announced as the seventh signing of the summer in the coming days.
