Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has been named amongst the nominees for the Manager’s Award in the Premier League.
Former Chelsea midfielder Lampard has been named as part of the five-man list of nominees for the Premier League Manager of the Month for October.
He will contest the award with the likes of Graham Potter (Brighton and Hove Albion), Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool), Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City) and Dean Smith (Aston Villa).
Frank Lampard has impressed a great deal since he became the Chelsea manager in the summer as a replacement for Maurizio Sarri who left the club to take up the managerial role with Italian Serie A giants Juventus.

The Chelsea manager has been able to recover from a heavy defeat in his first game in his new job.
Frank Lampard and his Chelsea players were beaten 4-0 at the home of Manchester United in their Premier League opener.
Chelsea have won their last four games in the Premier League including all the three games in the month of October.
The Blues saw off Southampton, Newcastle United and Burnley in the month of October.
As a matter of fact, Chelsea won all their games in all competitions in October except the Carabao Cup fourth round loss to Manchester United on Wednesday.
