Chelsea fans have to wait a little longer for the return of star midfielder N’Golo Kante after he was ruled out of the Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday evening.
Kante has been battling with ankle injury since last month and he won’t be fit for the game at Wolves according to manager Frank Lampard.
The Chelsea manager confirmed his unavailability for the Wolves game during his pre-match presser on Friday morning.
Kante is also a doubt for the upcoming games against Valencia and Liverpool.

Chelsea kickoff their Champions League campaign against Spanish La Liga club Valencia next week before hosting Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in a week six league clash.
Kante missed out on the recent France squad for Euro 2020 qualifying games against Albania and Andorra.
He sustained the said ankle injury during training last month and that led to his absence for two Premier League games.
Kante missed the opening league game of the season at Manchester United as a result of a similar injury.
The Frenchman was absent as Chelsea were beaten 4-0 by the Red Devils before missing the games against Norwich City and Sheffield United.
Chelsea earned four points from the two games against the newly promoted teams.
