Premier League giants Arsenal have demanded a club-record fee for one of their wingers.
Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi is attracting serious interest from Premier League club Everton who have made an offer for the Nigerian winger.
Everton made a £30m bid for Alex Iwobi and it was rejected immediately by the North Londoners.
The offer from the Toffees includes an upfront fee of £25m plus £5m in add-ons.
According to UK Telegraph, Arsenal are demanding more than £40m for Alex Iwobi.
It would be a record transfer sale for the Gunners if Everton are able to meet the financial demands as stipulated above.

The current record is the £40m transfer of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Arsenal to reigning European champions Liverpool.
The Reds signed Oxlade-Chamberlain in the summer of 2017.
Everton are expected to made another offer for Alex Iwobi after their opening offer of £30m.
Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi played more games than any other player for Arsenal last season.
He made 52 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions during the last campaign.
Iwobi is presently on holiday after his exertions with Nigeria at AFCON 2019.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria were the third best team at the end of the tournament.
