Five-time European champions Barcelona are reportedly proposing a loan offer to re-sign Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Neymar this summer.
This is according to the latest reports coming out of the media in France.
Brazilian international star Neymar is desperate to return to the Nou Camp after two years in the French capital Paris.
According to the specific report from trusted French source L’Equipe, Barcelona are plotting a loan move for Neymar with the obligation to buy him permanently at the end of the loan period.
The loan offer is almost necessary after PSG slammed a €300m asking price on him.
Barcelona are unable to afford that kind of money and this has led to the loan bid being proposed by the reigning Spanish La Liga champions.
It remains to be seen whether PSG will agree with the loan move being proposed by Barcelona for the former Santos player.
PSG are not new to this type of arrangement after they took the same route to sign Kylian Mbappe from fellow French media outlet AS Monaco.
The French giants signed the young striker on loan for the 2017/18 season before signing him outrightly for the sum of €160m at the end of his loan spell.
Neymar is a long-term target for Manchester United but the Red Devils are not in the running to sign him.
