Experienced Italian journalist Nicolo Schira has revealed that Premier League club Everton have made a big bid for want away Barcelona winger Malcom.
According to him, Everton have made a €35m bid to sign the Brazilian player this summer but Barcelona are holding out for €40m.
Everton are not the only ones interested in Malcom.
Other Premier League sides like Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with the 21-year-old winger.
The Toffees are the first English top flight side to make a cash offer for the player.

For Arsenal, they want to sign Malcom on loan for the new season with the option to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of his loan spell.
Everton have a good recent relationship with Spanish champions Barcelona following the transfers of Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes.
Colombian international Yerry Mina joined Everton from Barcelona in a deal reported to be around £25m at the start of last season.
Andre Gomes also left Barcelona to join Everton on the deadline day of last summer’s transfer window just like wagtails was obtainable with the aforementioned Yerry Mina, but his transfer was a temporary one.
His loan deal was not made permanent until this summer.
