Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona have returned with an offer for Chelsea misfits, Willian with a bid that they can successfully complete a deal for him this winter transfer window.
The Spanish giants had made an attempt in the last summer window but failed as the bid was rejected with the Brazilian international being in fine form at that time.
However, the Nuo Camp side have returned again for Willian, this time, they are willing to pay cash-plus-player to land him according to reports from The Telegraph.
The report claims £38 million would now be offered in addition to Malcom to be able to secure the service of the 30-year-old-winger.
However, despite having a tempting bid on the table, the West London side are still reluctant to have Willian leave this winter transfer widow knowing that they face big battle to keep Callum Hudson-Odoi.
With the Blues not convinced they can keep Callum Hudson-Odoi beyond this winter window, they will not be able to lose two players with similar roles at the club.
Although, Willian has not been the player he was last season for Chelsea as he has since dropped in form while Malcom is also struggling with form at the Nuo camp.
