Premier League giants Manchester United have been handed a big transfer boost in their quest to sign Ajax Amsterdam skipper Matthijs De Ligt during this transfer window.
The Red Devils received a major boost after Super Agent Mino Raiola rubbished widespread reports that his client has agreed to join French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) this summer.
Italian Mino Raiola is the agent of Matthijs De Ligt and he spoke about the player in an interview with ANSA via Spanish newspaper AS.
According to him, the reported PSG transfer is a classic case of fake news.

It’s almost certainly sure that Matthijs De Ligt will leave Dutch Eredivisie giants Ajax Amsterdam this summer but his next destination is unknown.
According to the player, he will decide his future while he’s on holiday after a long and hard season.
€75m-rated De Ligt said this in a chat with reporters while he was asked about his future shortly after the UEFA Nations League final clash with hosts Portugal.
The 19-year-old ended the game on the losing side after Portugal clinched the inaugural UEFA Nations League via a 1-0 win over the Netherlands courtesy the second half strike from Valencia winger Goncalo Guedes.
The new development on De Ligt is a big boost for Manchester United who are one of the clubs in the running to sign the player.
