“It was very hard!” The Emmy Award winner Kate McKinnon said after leaving “Saturday Night Live.”

After a decade, the actress left the long-running series and revealed the cause to Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa on Thursday in Live With Kelly and Ryan.

“I thought about it for a very long time, and it was very hard,” The actress said to Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa.

Although she has spent more than ten years in the show, earlier this year, she of the show without revealing any cause.

Moreover, Kate McKinnon also revealed to the hosts of Live With Kelly and Ryan that It was her lifetime desire to be on Saturday Night Live.

“All I ever wanted to do in my whole life was be on Saturday Night Live. So, I did, I loved it, I had the best decade,” she said.

She felt a bit bored and tired at the show because she had fulfilled her desire, so she left. “my body was tired, and I felt like it was time.” she added.

Furthermore, Kate Mckinnon was asked whether she would watch the upcoming season of the show? She replied that she would not tune. She is not sure about it.

But after spending a lot of time with Saturday Night Live, she misses everyone back at the show. As she revealed to Seacrest and Ripa that “After all, I miss everyone so much,”

But then Kate says: “It’s my household. It is overly emo. I will thus probably watch “The Bachelorette” on tape.”

On the other side, she holds the honor of being the longest-running cast member on Saturday Night Live as she joined the show in 2012.
