Top Gun: Maverick star Jay Ellis weds Nina Senicar in Italy as the couple has been waiting for this day for 2 years.
The couple’s wedding ceremony was fixed two years ago, but it was delayed due to COVID-19 and other reasons. But now, they have changed their relationship to a married one on July 9th, 2022, in Italy, according to Vogue.
The couple took this significant moment of their life to Instagram and captioned it:
“July 9th, 2022. Per sempre,” they wrote on the picture taken in a garden at Villa Mangiacane in Tuscany, where they tied the knot.
However, For the eagerly awaited day, Senicar picked a strapless Dolce and Gabbana ballgown with a thigh-high split, while Ellis shook a custom burgundy tuxedo from the Italian originators.
When the actress was asked about postponing their marriage, she told Vogue that It was COVID-19 that forced us to get cancel “Everything.”.
She also added that Itlay was one of the most hit areas in the world, and there was a lockdown everywhere due to which it was closed to tourists, So that’s why.
Furthermore, Nina explained about her wedding in Italy and that they wished to get married in Italy because it was the only place they visited together.
After visiting several places for their wedding ceremony in 2019, they finally selected Villa Mangiacane, a property surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a small town called San Casciano in Tuscany, Italy.
According to Vogue, The couple was introduced to each other at a bar in Los Angeles in 2015 by a mutual friend. Then in 2019, they got engaged and started planning for their marriage, but as we have mentioned, it was delayed and postponed due to COVID-19.
