Rockstar has confirmed that their highly anticipated “expanded and enhanced” versions of GTA V (and Grand Theft Auto Online) will release on November 11, 2021. These updates have been designed for the next-generation consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The upcoming version of Grand Theft Auto 5 will be coming to PlayStation in 2021. This enhanced and expanded edition is supposed to have better graphics, performance enhancements, and more stability than the current one on PS4.

As the most popular online game in their respective series, Grand Theft Auto 6 and is always on gamers’ minds. However, Rockstar Games has been releasing new content for GTA Online and Red Dead Online to keep players engaged while they work on future projects.

No official release dates have been announced yet, but there’s still plenty of time before launch so fans should continue to stay tuned!

The next-generation console versions of GTA 5 and Grand Theft Auto Online will be updated with expanded content that could potentially come to the PS5 as well.

GTA Online next-gen Update Release

Players can also purchase the game as a standalone edition on November 11. Additionally, PlayStation 5 owners will be able to download the GTA Online standalone version of multiplayer. This separate game mode from Grand Theft Auto V will only release on Sony’s console for a few months before it launches on Xbox Series X/S.

GTA V Upgrades

The post on the Official German PlayStation blog reported that Rockstar might be able to manage 4K and 60 FPS on PS5, as well. The PC version of GTA V will probably look like the high-end version that runs on computer hardware and is already available to players. Its possible Rockstar has other tweaks in mind for this release, but we’re not sure about them yet.

Rockstar hasn’t revealed anything yet about the Grand Theft Auto V current-gen update, however, they didn’t confirm whether or not Grand Theft Auto 5 will support 4K and 60 FPS. While we can only rely on the official blog from Sony.
