Former Man United striker Saha has lent his own voice to the controversy surrounding the future of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the Old Trafford.

The job of the Norwegian manager seems to be under threat after falling short of expectations with two defeats in three Premier League games. This has raised questions over his ability to handle the task.

It is understood that Man United’s top hierarchy have met with former Tottenham Mauricio Pochettino over the possibility of a deal any moment from now.

In his own contribution, Loius Saha stated that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is currently under pressure as his job is already being linked away.

However, he holds the opinion that critics are in a hurry, noting that conclusions cannot be reached after three games as the situation can turn around.

Saha recalled that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had impressed when he first took over the job by defeating PSG in the Champions League and everyone thought he was best for the job.

He stressed that visible improvements can be seen at Man United since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over last year.

Man United are still tipped to succeed this season with the new signings that have been made so far.
