It has been reported that the English Premier League outfit, Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil has received the latest bid from a club in Saudi Arabia which he rejected.
The German midfielder is known to be out of favour in the Mikel Arteta team and has been unwittingly told he is no longer a part of the team by the decision to leave him out of the Europa League squad for the reason.
Mesut Ozil has not played any competitive game since last season despite being with the team but the Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has always claimed that the reasons for the omission of the former Real Madrid midfielder are technical.
