The summer transfer window has been closed but that does not mean some transfer activities will not continue especially at Man United as they might sanction the sale of some players to regions where the market is still opened.

Jesse Lingard is one player that could still leave the Old Trafford as he is still being linked away and it is understood that he is not in the plans of the manager for the season.

The 27-year-old has become a bench player and has he has not been favoured with any appearances in the Premier League this season. His only football for the Red Devils has been the two Carabao Cup games.

ESPN reporter, Rob Dawson reveals that Portuguese outfit FC Porto are interested in the attacking midfielder and could make a move for him this month. This is because Portuguese clubs are still allowed to sign players, even from other leagues until 25th October.

With Porto learning of his availability and the player keen to move as well, there could be a negotiation between the two clubs for a deal but it is understood that Jesse Lingard could be allowed to leave on loan if a permanent deal cannot be agreed upon.
