Man United are believed to be hoping on the nod of Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele as they are reported to have indicated interest to snap up his signature this summer transfer window.

The Red Devils had earlier had a proposal turned down by the Barcelona star as he is keen to remain with the Spanish giants but there are efforts to convince him of a change of mind.

Ousmane Dembele became a target for Man United when they failed to land England international winger Jadon Sancho from the German Bundesliga outfit. The Red Devils have been asked to produce £108 million for the Man City academy product and they cannot meet that demand.

Now, they have been handed a major hope in landing Ousmane Dembele with Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman hinting that the club will not stand in the way of the forward.

The Catalans boss claims Ousmane Dembele’s future is in his hands, noting that he should make a decision on whether he wants to stay at the club or not.

Ronald Koeman noted that Ousmane Dembele has started the first two games this season as he has been favoured behind Ansu Fati but he is yet to make any complaint concerning that.
