Paris Saint Germain (PSG) sporting director Leonardo has described Lyon skipper Houssem Aouar as a dream signing amidst the transfer rumours linking the Arsenal target with the French champions.
Premier League giants Arsenal had been the only club actively pursuing a deal for the Algerian-born Frenchman until recent days when reports claimed that PSG are also interested in him.
In his latest interview monitored by the Daily Mirror, PSG chief Leonardo described Houssem Aouar as a good footballer before adding that the time is not right for the French champions to sign him.

Houssem Aouar has a €60m valuation which the Gunners have not been able to pay despite talks with Lyon on several occasions.
The last offer from the North Londoners was €38m plus add-ons as per various reports in the French media. The offer is a long way off the €50m plus add-ons demanded by Lyon.
Houssem Aouar has a big fan in Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and several media reports disclosed that the Gunners boss see him as his own Kevin De Bruyne.
Arteta and Arsenal were dealt a big blow when reports claimed that the player has decided that his short-term future will be at Lyon. The Gunners faithfuls are still optimistic that the club will sign him despite this latest update.
