Manchester United will have to pay more money for top target Jadon Sancho after their latest offer was deemed not enough to sign the ex-Premier League player.

This is according to journalist Fabrizio Romano via his official Twitter account.

The latest €90m bid would be rejected by Borussia Dortmund who wants €120m or nothing for the 20-year-old winger.

Borussia Dortmund are increasingly confident that the Red Devils won’t be able to meet the financial obligations needed to sign Sancho.

In his latest interview, club skipper Marco Reus said that he expects Jadon Sancho to stay amidst the transfer rumours linking him with a move to Old Trafford.

Manchester United have been in constant negotiations with agents and intermediaries over the transfer of the Borussia Dortmund player.

He has been a transfer target for Manchester United for the better part of the last two years.

Jadon Sancho has established himself as one of the best players in the top flight of German football.

He netted 17 goals and 16 assists in 32 games for Dortmund last season as the 1997 Champions League winners missed out on the Bundesliga title.

Jadon Sancho has spent three years at Dortmund following his £8m transfer from former Premier League champions Manchester City.
