EPL: Man United, Spurs enter Milik battle

Man United and Tottenham continue their summer transfer battle with the chase of Napoli attacker Arkadiusz Malik.

Both clubs have battled for a number of players this season with the North London club winning in most of the chase, including the capture of Sergio Reguilon and Gareth Bale who were also linked with a move to the Old Trafford.

It is understood that Arkadiusz Malik is confirmed to leave the Italian Serie A outfit before the summer transfer window ends as Man United and the North London club are in the race to secure his services.

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is keen to add Arkadiusz Malik to the options he has in his attack so as to keep the challenge going. It is also understood that the Napoli attacker is wanted to be a back-up to Harry Kane.

It is reported that Tottenham and Napoli are already in talks over the possibility of a deal but manager Jose Mourinho is yet to agree on the terms of the deal, a development that could cause a delay.

For Man United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in search of players that will help score more goals and he is considering the option of Arkadiusz Malik in his team for the season.

The chase of Arkadiusz Malik by Man United and Tottenham, including other clubs, have been confirmed by Rai Sports journalist Ciro Venerato, who claims that all suitors have already approached the Italian giants with discussions currently ongoing.
