Premier League newcomers Leeds United are set to revive their interest in Manchester United winger Daniel James according to the publication via football365.
Daniel James could become surplus to requirements according to the report especially after he was subbed off at half-time during the Red Devils’ opener on Saturday evening.
The Welsh international was replaced with Mason Greenwood during half-time of the league game vs Crystal Palace. It was the first league game of the season for Manchester United and it ended in a disappointing 3-1 defeat for the Red Devils.

The aforementioned report revealed that Daniel James came close to signing for Leeds United 16 months ago before the Welshman opted for Manchester United in a deal said to be worth £18m including add-ons.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not convinced that Daniel James can effectively deliver as a right winger at Old Trafford and he’s in the transfer market to sign a new player for the position.
Jadon Sancho is the first choice in the bid to sign a right winger but his club wants a lot of money for him.
Manchester United might need to pay almost £120m for Sancho.
Juventus star Douglas Costa and Inter Milan player Ivan Perisic are the two alternatives to Jadon Sancho.
