English Premier League outfit Man United might be having their search for a left-back cheaper than expected with their target and Porto defender Alex Telles ready for a move this summer transfer window.

The Red Devils were paying attention to Real Madrid star Sergio Reguilon with claims that they held talks with his representatives but he seems to have had an agreement with North London club Tottenham after claims that he had spoken to manager Jose Mourinho.

Should the Red Devils boss consider the recruit of another left-back a necessity, he would have to move for Alex Telles and has been told that the player is available.

A Bola reports that Alex Telles’ agent claims to be expecting a bid for United as he is keen to have his client move to the English Premier League this season with October 5 as the deadline.

It has been a very slow transfer window for Man United as they have only been able to seal the signature of Donny van de Beek with several failed attempts on other targets.

However, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still positive that his club will bring in a couple of players before the transfer window is shut.
