Bale wants to leave Real Madrid in this transfer window following his lack of playing time at the club last season. His agent, Jonathan Barrett confirmed the strong interest from Tottenham Hotspur in a chat with BBC Sports Wales.
According to him, Bale has Spurs in his heart and he wants to return to the club whom he played for during a six-year spell between 2007 and 2013 before his world-record transfer to Real Madrid.
The Daily Telegraph said that Spurs are in talks to re-sign Bale on loan with Dele Alli also moving in the other direction on loan.
For Sergio Reguilon, TalkSports confirmed that Spurs are closing in on a £27.5m deal for the player voted the best left-back in the Spanish La Liga last season.
