Leicester City have been able to confirm the signature of Timothy Castagne from Serie A outfit Atlanta but it is claimed that they defeated a number of teams in Europe, with Arsenal mentioned.
Timothy Castagne’s move to join the Foxes has been credited to his representative, Zenon Melon who is also helped by George Gardi and Pini Zahavi.
George Gardi revealed that the North London outfit were serious about the signature of Timothy Castagne, alongside French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain when he was to leave the Serie A outfit.

However, Timothy Castagne ended up with Leicester City by signing a five-year-deal leaving Arsenal with the choice of having Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille.
The North London outfit now seem comfortable with the options in the defence after the signing of the Brazilian international and the return of William Saliba from his loan spell.
It will not be a surprise if the Gunners fail to land any defender again in this summer transfer, rather, they will be selling some of them as they focus have shifted to signing a midfielder with Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey and Lyon star Houssem Aouar being linked as negotiations have been confirmed to be ongoing.
