Chelsea paying serious attention to United goalkeeper

Now that Dean Henderson has been confirmed to remain at the Old Trafford to challenge for the first-team shirt against David De Gea, Chelsea will now be turning their attention to Sergio Romero.
The Blues are in search of more options in between the sticks, and first showed interest in Dean Henderson who was reported to be leaving the club on a permanent deal after his loan spell with Sheffield United but that will no longer happen with the player signing a new deal at the club.

Sergio Romero now becomes the sacrificial lamb as he will have to be relegated to the third-choice goalkeeper with the coming of Dean Henderson and that makes him consider a move away from the club,
After watching Kepa Arriabalaga flop in some games last season, the West London outfit are hoping to bring in a new goalkeeper that will bring the competition to make him sit up.
The Athletic reports that the Red Devils goalkeeper is highly considered and a move could be made for his signature before the end of the summer transfer window.
However, no one can say if Man United will allow Sergio Romero to help strengthen their Premier League rivals next season.
