The summer transfer window is officially underway for Man United as they are beginning to get busier with activities after the confirmation of Donny van de Beek from Ajax.
It was expected that Dayot Upamecano will be the next signing for the Red Devils but that will not be happening with the player unwilling to leave his Bundesliga outfit after recently signing a long-term deal.
It is understood that the Red Devils have already moved on and are making their interest in Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar very serious as the search for Harry Maguire partner continues.

The Red Devils have been showing interest in the signature of Milan Skriniar for many seasons, especially during the reigns of former manager Jose Mourinho who made a failed effort to bring him to the Old Trafford.
Milan Skriniar is also reported to have fallen down the pecking order at San Siro and that makes it very easy for the Red Devils to lure him for a deal to the English Premier League.
The defensive department is one position the Red Devils must add to be able to challenge for the Premier League title against Liverpool and Man City in the coming season.
