Apparently, Kalidou Koulibaly is available for sale in this summer transfer window, going by the words of Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis, hinting that the club is opened to doing business.
According to the Napoli president, there are only three clubs that can afford Kalidou Koulibaly, naming Man United, Man City and Paris Saint Germain as the clubs that have registered interest and have the capacity to land the Senegal international.

He hinted that the reason why Kalidou Koulibaly has not left the club is that some of his suitors are waiting to get the player at a cheaper fee but the club is unwilling to let that happen.
The Napoli president stressed that Kalidou Koulibaly will remain at the club in the coming season until one of these three clubs come in for his signature.
However, Man City are also increasing their interest in him and are expected to make an offer in the coming days while there have been some quiets from the Old Trafford.
