North London outfit, Arsenal are reportedly set to announce the sale of their youngster Ainsley Maitland-Niles as he is set to agree on a move to Wolves this summer window.

A number of transfer activities are expected to happen at the Emirates Stadium this summer window, including buys and sales as manager Mikel Arteta begins a new project that should set the club on a new path of success.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles is one player who is a surprise on the list of those that would be leaving the club after 32 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions this season and his advantage of playing a number of roles.

It was earlier reported that manager Mikel Arteta is not happy with the sale of the decision of the club to have Ainsley Maitland-Niles sold but he is helpless as the club must cash in to be able to sanction other incoming deals.

It is understood that Wolves are ready to meet the asking price of £20 million for Ainsley Maitland-Niles and are confident they will be able to agree on personal terms with the 22-year-old.

The report claims that a deal could be completed in the coming weeks as Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo is a big fan of the utility player.
