Two English Premier League clubs, Man United and Chelsea have been handed a major boost in their chase of West Ham United player Declan Rice in the summer transfer window.

Both teams have been in chase of the player and it seems it would be a difficult one to achieve but West Ham United are now being forced to make certain decisions if they must bring in new faces.

One of the decisions is to let go of Declan Rice to be able to cash in on him with the Blues and the Red Devils keen on his signature.

The Blues manager, Frank Lampard is hoping to concert Declan Rice back to a defender to solve the problems at his back, the reason why he is being followed.

The Red Devils are not also left out of their wish to land the 21-year-old to add depth to the squad ahead of next season with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looking to reinforce as well.

However, the Hammers are hoping to leave it for the highest bidder as they hope to cash in about £70 million for Declan Rice which would be enough to sanction most of their transfer deals this summer transfer window.
