Man United’s hope of keeping Dean Henderson at the club for more years continues to dim as he is keen on playing the role of a first-choice goalkeeper in the coming season.

If the Red Devils will not promise him that singular condition, he would not be signing a new deal at the club and will seek to leave this summer transfer window.

Dean Henderson has gotten his confidence back and will not lack suitors especially after his impressive display with Sheffield in the just-concluded season on the loan spell.

He is now ready to make a decision over his future and will hold showdown talks with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to know what the situation will be in the coming season to be able to make an informed decision on his future.

There have been suggestions that Man United are in search of a new goalkeeper with David De Gea giving a shaky performance, especially after the restart of the season.

However, Dean Henderson will no longer be a second goalkeeper to David De Gea or any other goalkeeper and will seek to leave.

West London outfit, Chelsea are very keen on the signature of Dean Henderson as they also seek to part ways with Kepa Arrizabalaga.
