EPL: Arsenal ready to sell Nigeria international for £8m

From all indication, North London outfit, Arsenal are ready to part ways with their young player with Nigerian descent, Folarin Balogun this summer transfer window.
Folarin Balogun is yet to future for the Gunners’ first-team but he has been hailed as one of the greatest prospects the club can boast of at the moment as he has been doing himself proud with the Academy team.
The 19-year-old is already yearning for a senior team football and that seems far from happening at the Emirates Stadium, even in the coming season, the reason why his leaving is being talked about.
- Barcelona to return for Man United star
- Why Chris Smalling has become unsellable for United
- Arsenal to seal agreement with Sporting CP prodigy
His contract with Arsenal will expire in the coming summer and there is no doubt he won’t extend to leave for free, a development the Gunners are ready to avoid by making his availability public.
Sky Sports report that Brentford and Fulham are already in the battle for the signature of the highly-rated youngster and have been told by the Gunners that he would be available for £8 million this summer window.
This will be a welcome development for Folarin Balogun who will seek to leave the club for a senior team football to further develop his game and add experience to it.
