The future of Dejan Lovren is uncertain with the English Premier League champions at Anfield with suggestions that he might be having his last season at the club already.

Liverpool is, therefore, reported to be considering an option for Dejan Lovren with Leandro Cabrera from Spanish La Liga outfit Espanyol.

The fate of the Spanish outfit is already decided and confirmed to be relegated from La Liga leaving the club to the huge possibility of losing most of their players including Leandro Cabrera.

It is reported that amongst other players, Leandro Cabrera will not be relegated with Espanyol to the second division and will seek a move away. Liverpool will take up that advantage to pull a deal through in this summer window.

Luckily for the Reds team, Leandro Cabrera has a clause in his contract with the Spanish club that permits him to sign with any club on loan without additional fee as long as his wages are covered.

This option will be largely considered by the Reds with manager Jurgen Klopp believed to be a fan of the defender as the future of Dejan Levren is unknown.

With Liverpool hierarchy not wanting to make any financial commitment this summer window, Leandro Cabrera could just be the best option for Klopp.
