English Premier League outfit manager Jurgen Klopp is forced to keep Xherdan Shaqiri at Anfield this summer despite his little contribution to the team.
It was expected that Xherdan Shaqiri, alongside Harry Wilson and Marko Grujic will be sold this summer transfer window but that may not happen as the club will not be able to make gain from their sale as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The value of a number of players will be forced to reduce because of the effect of Covid-19 and Xherdan Shaqiri is feared to be one of them. Liverpool already have a target for the player in terms of income and are keen to achieve that.

Meanwhile, a coach in Switzerland, Arno Rossini has taken a swipe at Xherdan Shaqiri, saying that the Liverpool man is not a champion because he was not a major part of the team.
According to Arno Rossini, Xherdan Shaqiri only featured in two games for Liverpool and does not deserve to share in the glory.
He stressed that Xherdan Shaqiri was only a champion at Basel and cannot claim same at Liverpool or Bayern Munich because his contribution was insignificant.
However, Xherdan Shaqiri is expected to work under manager Jurgen Klopp for another year before parting ways.
