Sleeping Premier League giants Manchester United are closing in on the first signing of 2020 following the news that the club will soon appoint a director of football.
Reports claimed that Manchester United are on the verge of appointing Luis Campos as the director of football at the Theatre of Dreams.
Luis Campos works with French Ligue 1 side Lille at the moment.

Luis Campos also identified other talents like Fabinho (Liverpool), Bernardo Silva (Manchester City) and Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint Germain PSG) at AS Monaco.
He was a key player in the grand scheme of things as AS Monaco ended a 17-year wait for the league title in 2017 in addition to reaching the semifinals of the Champions League that season.
